Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return for any unused, undamaged products (including vacuum flasks and ceramic mugs) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
2. Return Request Process
- Contact our support team at support@lottusseshop.com to initiate a return. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return in the email.
- Once approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back.
- Package the product securely, clearly mark the RA number on the package, and ship it to our return address (provided with the RA number).
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the return is due to a product defect, incorrect item, or error by Lottusseshop, you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns; Lottusseshop is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- After we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved mugs) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
